1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InterviewLoops ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InterviewLoops is a job search and application tracking platform that helps users manage job applications, interview schedules, tasks, contacts, offers, and related career information. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or supported OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without express permission

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service, including job applications, notes, contacts, and other information ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant InterviewLoops a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by InterviewLoops and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewLoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. InterviewLoops does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
